Factory Production Line

Packing Process

Before packing, the finished stainless steel products are inspected to check dimensions, surface condition and quantity. Protective film can be applied to polished surfaces when required to reduce scratches during handling and transportation.

304 Stainless Steel sheets and plates are generally protected with waterproof paper and securely fixed on wooden pallets or export frames. Stainless steel coils can be wrapped with waterproof materials and reinforced with steel straps.

Edge protectors and additional protective materials can be used according to product type and shipping requirements. Finally, all packages are labeled and prepared for container loading.

A4: Yes, we can produce the products according to your drawings to meet your technical requirements. Please send us your drawings for evaluation and quotation.

Q5: How to visit your factory?

A5: Most of the main cities have flights to Shanghai; you can take a flight to Shanghai Pudong/Hongqiao International Airport. Our factory is located in Wuxi, Jiangsu. Please contact us in advance for factory visit reservation, and we will arrange reception.
